Are there any upfront fees?

There are no upfront costs however, there is a $50 set up fee that is deducted from your first rental revenue.

What do I need to do to get my RV ready to rent?

CashFlowYourRV.com supplies RV owners with a short list of duties that they must complete before the first rental. After that, RV owners can be hands off, if they choose to do so.

What are my responsibilities as an RV owner enrolled in the rental program?

As usual, RV owners are expected to keep up payments, if applicable, provide insurance for their RV, storage fees (if applicable), regular maintenance, and oversee repairs (if needed).

As The RV owner, can I earn more than the nightly rental fees?

Yes. Renters often choose "add ons" like set up and delivery, linen service, cleaning, etc. These services are provided by CashFlowYourRV.com for a fee paid by the renter. As an owner, you can choose to do some or all of these services and get paid the same as our vendors do.

What does CashFlowYourRV.com charge to rent my RV for me?

CashFlowYourRV.com charges 30% of the nightly rental revenue collected.

How do I know when my RV is rented?

Owners can use the online owner's portal 24/7 to see what dates are reserved and which rentals have been completed.

Can I use my RV anytime I want?

Yes. Through the online owner's portal, owners can block off dates that they want and since you're the owner there are no fees to pay.

When do I get paid for a rental?

Rentals are paid the first week of each month for the previous month via ACH deposit to your bank account.

Where do I keep my RV when it's not being rented?

Where you store your RV is completely up to you. We recommend an RV storage facility but many of our owners keep the RV at their home.

Can I place restrictions on my rental like no smoking and/or no pets?

Absolutely! It's your RV so you decide what restrictions to place.

How many rentals per year can I expect?

RVs that are competitively priced, in excellent condition and are easy to access can expect to rent 80-100 nights per year. You can expect this number to increase over time as previous renters return for another trip and leave 5-star ratings and rave reviews

How often is my RV inspected?

Your RV will be inspected before and after every rental.

What happens if someone damages my RV?

All RV renters are required to buy RV rental insurance that covers the RV for possible damage and/or loss that may occur during their rental period. In addition, renters are required to pay a damage deposit to help cover the deductible on the insurance policy. The insurance policy and damage deductible should cover all damage and/or loss with little or no out of pocket costs for the RV owner.
